I’m Shane Ohms, your typical Alaskan hooked on the great outdoors. My outdoor genera would be best classified as a peakbagger that must sometimes climb, packraft, ski, suffer, or bike (whatever it takes) in order to reach a summit. I especially love exploring unpopular areas that lack beta and force me to get creative with trip planning.
I have created this page to document my trips, to organize and share photos, and to provide future travelers with a resource to more easily and safely discover these amazing places for themselves. I occasionally write poems and stories so don’t be surprised if those find their way onto this website as well.
